TD Gardens – Observations

          • Venue was closed during visit but was being set up for a concert that evening.
          • A very well designed and kept stadium with a big focus on quality.
          • Lots of space on the concourses and kiosks all designed to look and feel the same whilst still

             offering variety.
          • Clubs and suites very well presented and some clever use of space, seats that can be
             preimmunised are in all locations.
          • Not a huge focus on Bruins or Celtics branding, a more generic feel to the venue which lends
itself nicely to lots of events.
          • Every space utilised and taken for catering units or mobile operations.
          • Clubs and suites very well fitted out and extremely luxurious.
          • Huge amount of construction taking place costing over a $1 billion. Most of the construction is

focused on guest experience and adding more options for catering.
          • New development will include 38 storey residential building, 260 bedroom hotel, office space,
retail space, restaurants, 15 screen cinema complex, new outdoor spaces and 540 additional
             underground parking space.
          • A very difficult building to operate logistically as there is very limited space back of house and
             limited warehouse capacity.
