Citi Fields– Observations





          • Double header on the day we visited which meant very low attendance so stadium was very
             quiet.
          • Outside plaza area very impressive with lots of well know brands including Shake Shack.

          • Big focus on using local celebrity chefs to put together concepts, 5 celebrity chefs have a
             presence at this venue. Felt like Aramark subcontract a lot of their offers out.
          • Stadium have started to remove seats to create party decks with bars that are financially more
             viable.
          • A good variety of food offerings but nowhere near the other venues.
          • Packages do not include alcohol and only food element.
          • Although the stadium is relatively new it felt a bit tired and un loved, especially on the upper
             concourse.

          • Hospitality areas were nice but did not blow you away, very corporate and all branding was
             sponsor lead.

          • Food offer in all areas switches to sweets and desserts after 7 inning stretch.
          • Stadium felt too big for the team that was playing there and they would struggle with atmosphere
             and guest experience. Lots of areas redundant and not being used.
          • Hawking operation seemed set up well but wasn’t hugely busy.
          • SPH of $22 on average
