Yankees Stadium - Observations





          • The most impressive of the baseball stadiums visited.
          • Very well looked after and maintained stadium, felt luxurious and top end everywhere you went.
          • Huge concourses and space for concessions catering operation which meant that customer

             experience was pleasant.
          • Huge variety of offerings to concessions customers, very expensive, $28  for 2 beers.
          • In house Hard Rock Café with entrance on the concourse.
          • HD Digital signage used everywhere, extremely impressive really bought the food offer and
             concourses to life.
          • Clubs and suites well presented all Yankees branded with a felling you were somewhere special.
          • Hospitality food offering vast and full of variety and very well presented.
          • In seat food was poor, this let the stadium down. Felt like the operation was overstretched.

          • Packages do not include alcohol and only food element.
          • Massive focus on theatre and food for concessions and hospitality including live butchery in
             concessions.
          • Every space utilised and taken for catering units or mobile operations.
          • 3,000 staff to service 54,000 people.
          • SPH of $25 on average
