Congratulations to our brilliant innovative HR team for winning the
Best Regional Initiative award at the Springboard Excellence awards.
Our recruitment teams worked super hard using popular job boards
and social media campaigns to target local people in need of work
around the Coventry area. All employees were provided training to
ensure they felt confident , comfortable and happy in their roles.
