Staff Appreciation

On Friday 7th June, as a huge thank you for all the
hard work this season, the team at Emirates were
sent on an adventurous expedition. The day started
off at Granary Square, where the team were greeted
with official pirate names, pirate costumes, and a
tasty Mexican feast to keep them going.

Once the rules were laid down, the team set sail
for one of the longest tunnels amongst the canals
of Camden Lock. Everyone was assigned a team: -
Captain Jack Sparrow, The Little Mermaid, Nemo,
and Free Willy.

Lots of fun games were involved, such as pin the
eye patch on the pirate, and our very own version
of “sea related” heads up, as well as the infamous
“guess which animal your colleague is”. It was a very
successful, and well-deserved afternoon of fun filled
entertainment, that got the whole team together with
endless laughs and even a sing along to “My heart
will go on”.
