                                                                                                                                The Corporate Securities Section (“Section”) of the Nevada Gaming Control Board (“Board”) completes pro-

                                                                                                                                executives that have applied to receive privileged gaming related licenses.  The Section is the main conduit for
                                                                                                                                communication between Nevada licensees and the Board and Nevada Gaming Commission (“Commission”)
                                                                                                                                for various reporting by licensees to maintain licensing conditions and oversight of financial reporting and per-
                                                                                                                                formance.



                                                                                                                                The Board requires many of its licensees to maintain a Compliance Plan that includes various requirements for
                                                                                                                                a certain level of self-regulation by the licensee when dealing with outside entities and individuals.  While Com-
                                                                                                                                pliance Plans have been in place since the early 1990s, the Board lacked a formal oversite structure to ensure
                                                                                                                                licensee compliance.  The “Compliance Unit” initiated its review of Compliance Plans on January 1, 2016, after
                                                                                                                                the Board received Legislative funding to support additional operations.
