Derek had a low-level of energy. Oversees a team of four to regulate horse racing,
Overall: greyhound racing, and cardrooms throughout Central and Northern Florida. In that sense he
has experience relevant to this position in terms of management and technical areas. He is
admittedly light in the financial aspects of regulation, and reports to a Deputy Director, so is
perhaps lower in the hierarchy, but it's hard to do an exact comparison due to differences in
