As a recruiter, Brandon has responsibilities to uphold for both the client and the candidates. His
responsibility to the client is to listen to their needs and present a candidate pool with talent, depth, and
diversity. Work together with clients to not only find the right candidate, but also the right fit. He clearly
communicates the interview and hiring process to all candidates and addresses all concerns with tact and
care.
