               As a recruiter,  Brandon has  responsibilities  to uphold for both the  client and the candidates.    His
               responsibility to the client is to listen to their needs and present a candidate pool with talent, depth, and
               diversity. Work together with clients to not only find the right candidate, but also the right fit.  He clearly
               communicates the interview and hiring process to all candidates and addresses all concerns with tact and
               care.

                   •  Assist public-sector clients with finding candidates who not only meet the needs of the
                       position but are also highly regarded in character.
                   •  Work  closely  with clients and candidates to create a positive  full-cycle recruiting
                       experience.
                   •  Establish  a timeline of target dates with  the  clients  to  accurately  build  a  schedule of
                       deliverables and maintain a transparent process.
                   •  Increase the visibility of opportunities by posting each position to relevant, targeted job
                       boards.

                       interest for those who may not know the opportunity exists.
