        Dear Amber Ahlo:

        Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your request to provide you with a detailed scope of work for Executive
 Automated Services Bureau Manager
        Recruitment services for the position of Automated Services Bureau Manager for the Public Library, for the City of Long
        Beach (“City”).  We are most interested in assisting the City with the effort for this critical opening, which occupies a key
