Dino has a big Midwestern personality that comes across well over the phone. He is excitable
and his desire for the job is evident. He hasn't worked in the last year because the right
opportunity has yet to come along, but he has done some contract work since moving to
Arizona. His work history shows dedication to the Building Inspection and Code Enforcement
sector. Dino is quite verbose at times and would meander through some of his answers. He
wanted to touch on all of his experience in the 30-minute call, but acknowledges that he needs
to work on his patience. He did not touch on his technical skills enough, but based on his
experience and desire I recommend Dino to move into the interview panel phase.
