Dean has a strong background in construction and expressed his desire to be considered
Overall: for the Building Official opening a number of times. He does seem averse to political
situations because he just wants to do his job. Dean is very involved in his community and
loves to be out in the field. I recommend Dean for the panel interview portion to tease out
his actual qualifications for the position and to see if he can withstand the political pressure
that would come along with the position.
