Highly experienced inspector and plans examiner for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. I also
have supervisory experience training new inspectors including delegating duties based on competency. I
have a keen eye for efficiency and am a well versed problem solver. I have earned an excellent reputation
amongst my peers and the layman alike. I have served the general public for decades and have handled

County of Humboldt 5 years. Combination Building Inspector and light plan checking.
County of Trinity 1 year. Combination Building Inspector and light plan checking.
Smith-Emery Co. 5 years. Special Inspector for heavy construction on numerous projects in the bay
area. 2 years as a Sub-contract inspector for Stanford University doing off-campus new housing
construction (quality assurance resident inspector) from foundation to final. Was also a structural wood
frame specialist with specialty training through SEANC. Very proficient and understand lateral transfer of
loads in seismic resistant construction very well. I built, and can run a saw as good as anybody.
PTS, CTE Engineering Labs 1 year. Special Inspector on numerous Las Vegas large-scale casino
projects, specializing in any and all structural inspections involved with hi-rise construction.
