Mohammad is currently the Director of Public Works with the County of Glenn where he
Overall: oversees 48 employees. His goal is to join a larger city and climb the ranks to a City

Manager position, hence his interest. He has a balance of experience as a department head
with both Traffic divisions and Public Works departments. He admittedly has not worked with
an agency of the same size and complexity as Sacramento, which he mentioned during our
call. He has not directly handled issues in denser urban populations, such as traffic
reduction or heavy solid waste disposal.
