Overall: Engineering focused. Low engergy. Very pragmatic in line of thought. Limited experience
with traffic reduction, "My experience in that area is not very extensive." Is currently the
Director of Public Works with the largest county in North Dakota where he oversees a staff
of 86 employees. Overall, he seems like a solid candidate with decent tenure as Director of
Public Works for two different, fairly sizable counties. I have questions remaining around the
cultural differences between his locales and the City of Sacramento.
