designed project manager should make a small presentation that would capture the scope,
different stages, and other project details before the public input is invited.

Public Hearing Per Public Request: Upon the request from the members of the public,
additional public hearings should be held pending prior approval from the commission.

Press Releases: Various press releases should be used at various stages of the project to
inform the public of the progress of the project. The Department should determine the time
and scope of the press release. The Commission should be provided with an advanced copy of
the press release for their feedback prior to publishing.
