Add Sonos® Devices
Add Sonos® speakers and amplifiers to the Crestron Home system.
Requirements
To add Sonos devices:
l Ungroup all speakers in the Sonos app prior to performing a system scan.
l Discover and configure all Sonos® speakers and amplifiers using the Sonos app before
adding them to the Crestron Home system.
l Turn on Autoplay in the Sonos app when adding a Sonos AMP, ARC, PLAY:5®,
CONNECT:AMP, Sonos Beam, PLAYBAR®, PLAYBASE® devices.
l When adding a Sonos CONNECT device:
o When adding as a Source, set the Line Out configuration to Fixed.
o When adding as a Speaker, set the Line Out configuration to Variable.
o Do not add as a speaker with an input as this device does not support Autoplay in
the Sonos app.
