Update the Firmware for Connected Devices

To ensure the best system performance, update the firmware for all devices that are connected
to the system.

NOTES:
l The TSW-xx60 series touch screen and TSR-310 handheld remote must be running the
latest firmware in order to display the Crestron Home app.
l To enable the Crestron Home app on the:
o TSW-xx60 series touch screen, refer to Pair a TSW-xx60 Series Touch Screen (on
page 652).
o TSR-310 handheld remote, refer to Pair a TSR-310 Handheld Remote (on
page 658).

To update device firmware, follow these steps:

1. Tap Check for Device Updates. The Crestron Home system searches for available
firmware updates. Once the scan is complete, the Device Firmware Update screen
presents a list of devices with recommended firmware updates.

NOTES:

l To rescan for new device firmware updates, tap Check For Updates.

l To view release notes for the firmware update, tap the information button next
to the device.
