Fast Publish (Only changed files)
Normally leave the FAST PUBLISH (ONLY CHANGED FILES) checkbox selected. This makes
re-publishing much quicker in most cases because only files changed since the last
publish are re-published.

Save Publish settings in document
Leave the SAVE PUBLISH SETTINGS IN DOCUMENT checkbox selected to have the publish
details you have entered saved with the current document. That means whenever you
open the document, it will already have the publish details in it so you can publish
updates easily.
