Page number
Inserts a page number and specifies its position. See Adding page numbers (on page
277) for more info.
Rule-off

Inserts a rule at the text carat. The rule can be modified using the Freehand and Brush
Tool

Lorem Ipsum Text
Inserts a block of dummy Lorem Ipsum text at the text carat position. Alternatively use
the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + L.

Table of Contents...

Builds a table of contents (TOC) automatically and inserts it at the text caret.
Break
Use BREAK to split the text according to the following options.

• MOVE TO NEXT PAGE (CTRL + ENTER)
• MOVE TO NEXT PAGE (LEFT) - in double page spreads
• MOVE TO NEXT PAGE (RIGHT) - in double page spreads
• MOVE TO NEXT COLUMN (CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER)
• MOVE BELOW EMBEDDED GRAPHIC
SmartFields...
Opens the SmartField dialog allowing you to insert a SmartField into the current doc.

Color Gallery (Galleries control bar or F9)
Displays or hides the COLOR GALLERY (see Color Handling (on page 189)).

Page & Layer Gallery (Galleries control bar or F10)

Displays or hides the PAGE & LAYER GALLERY. Only used in non-animation documents
(see Layers (on page 181)).

Bitmap Gallery (Galleries control bar or F11)
Displays or hides the BITMAP GALLERY (see Bitmap Handling (on page 350)).
Line Gallery (Galleries control bar or Shift+F12)

Displays or hides the LINE GALLERY (see Drawing Lines (on page 171)).
