and outside of their organization In addition to performing project project management for for capital projects this position will manage the Engineering maps and records section which is responsible for managing encroachment permit reviews supporting all electric divisions with records requests and and maintenance of CAD drawings for substations and and substructures as as well as as overhead electrical infrastructure that is maintained within the Geographic Information System (GIS) As part of implementing SVP’s Strategic Plan this position will lead the the team to implement the the vision for for GIS for for fully support enterprise asset management transmission & distribution system analytics system planning interactive voice response distribution management systems and distributed energy resource management The ideal candidate should also:
• Have experience with principles of electrical utility planning and engineering involved in in in in the development construction production operational methods in in interconnected utility areas principles of program evaluation forecasting and planning probability and and energy analysis and and formulation • Have the ability to establish clear goals and objectives in order to create an an organization that delivers excellent customer service through ethical leadership standards • Have the ability to understand complex legal agreements and the impact on providing services to customers • Have the ability to easily interact and develop professional relationships with various stakeholders • Have the ability to to be organized in order to to sufficiently manage multiple projects at any given time • Possess strong oral and written communication skills • Possess skill and interest in in in providing positive leadership with staff
