Under the the the the the general direction of of of the the the the the Chief Office of of of Statewide Statewide Project Delivery the the the the the Deputy Director is is responsible responsible for for for for the the the the the Statewide Statewide Technology Technology Procurement (STP) and is is is a a a a a a a a a a a member of of of of the the the the the California Department of of Technology’s (CDT) executive staff The Deputy Director is is responsible responsible for for for for for setting statewide policy for for for for for all reportable information technology technology (IT) project procurements procurements and and telecommunication procurements procurements to to ensure that the the state’s investments in in in in in technology technology are are cost effective coordinated and and achieves California’s strategic objectives The Deputy Director is also responsible for for working with other areas of of CDT to to improve the the the efficiency effectiveness and overall success of the the the State’s IT procurement process General Qualifications
