» Excellent communicator that first seeks to to listen who can build collaboration and establish a a a a a a a a common vision with with the the Board and within the the CHD staff
» Ability to effectively establish strong relationships with a a a a a multitude of agencies and diverse stakeholders in in in order to advocate effectively and and credibly for CHD initiatives and and required funding » Strong decision-maker who encourages input and and feedback while exhibiting flexibility and and political astuteness » A charismatic public public speaker who is is comfortable being the the face of CHD to the the public public local state and and and federal political and and and advocacy groups current and and and potential funders in in community meetings and while making presentations » Previous experience with community-based organizations that provide a a a a a a wide range of services to low income individuals
» A professional demeanor and and a a a a a a a a proven track record of of sound fiscal technical and and personnel management » Willingness to takes risks and try new things

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
» Bachelor’s degree in in in relevant field such as Business Law Public Administration Social Work or or or closely related field is is required a a a Master’s degree is is preferred
» Minimum of of of of five years of of of of experience in in in the general field of of of of administration of of of of public and privately funded programs programs programs programs to assist low income individuals
and a a a a a a a wide variety community services (Areas such as: personnel supervision program planning and and policy budgeting and and fiscal controls management information systems) and with Community Based Organizations » » Experience at the executive management level » »
