treasury operations enterprise functions functions project financing and general operations MTC manages functions functions through a a a a a a a a central enterprise GAAP/GASB based financial reporting system as as as well as as as interfaces to finance industry information and recording systems such as as treasury inventories and trust administration The CFO is is responsible for all financial operations reporting and internal controls The finance operations are run through two-line departments Treasury & Revenue and Finance & Accounting Treasury & Revenue - The Section Director has responsibility over the department that is divided into two groups: Treasury Operations and Electronic Toll Revenue » Treasury Ops: Manages Manages and and and oversees oversees the organization’s cash cash including including funding strategies banking operations cash flows and and investments Manages and and oversees all aspects of
debt issuance including implementing financing financing transactions to meet the Agency’s capital needs developing financing financing strategies communicating with investors and and rating agencies and and negotiating credit agreements » Electronic Toll Revenue: Oversees the the the the FasTrak Customer Customer Service Service operations including reviewing work performed by the the the Regional Customer Service Center (RCSC) the the the financial processing of
