» The Bay Area Instructure Finance Authority (BAIFA) which oversees and and administers an an an an an an Express Lane Network consisting or two active express lane projects I I 680 and I I 880
» The Clipper regional fare card system used by all transit operators throughout the nine county Bay Area » Bay Area Headquarters Authority (BAHA) a a a a a a a a a a a a a a three-agency condominium association including a a a a a a a a a a a a a a subset of 375
Beale Street that serves as the home for four regional agencies
» San Francisco Bay Restoration Authority (SFBRA) which collects and administers a a a a a a a a a $15/household fee to to to support bay restoration projects » Bay Area Housing Finance Authority (BAHFA) which is a a a a a a a a a a a a a new regional multi-agency authority created to finance preservation and development of affordable housing throughout the region » Project financing
The CFO plans and and implements and and administers all project financing
including the $9 billion BATA toll revenue bond bond seismic seismic retrofit projects $970 million BAIFA revenue revenue bond bond secured by state revenue revenue for use on on on on the seismic seismic retrofit project $1 5
billion ABAG/FAN conduit revenue bond portfolio and is in in the process o of developing a a new model for ffor financing
