candidate will be solutions-oriented establish metrics and and conduct periodic reviews to measure the success of diversity and and inclusion programs and and activities A background in in in employment investigations conflict resolution and and team building are key Experience with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations and the relevance of applicable case law to inform DEI practices and assist with corresponding training is is a a a a a a a a a must Education and Experience It is expected that the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Officer have a a a a a bachelor’s degree in public administration sociology human resources (or a a a a a a a a related field) and five years of increasingly responsible professional level experience in in the area of of diversity & inclusion cultural awareness social justice or a a a a a a a a a related field or or an an equivalent combination of education experience and training sufficient to successfully perform the the essential duties of the the job ■ COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The salary range for the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Officer is $101 028 - $122 808 commensurate with the candidate’s experience and and qualifications In addition to a a a a a a a a a a competitive salary the City offers an attractive benefits package that includes:
