Education/Experience
Candidates are required to have a a a a a a a a Bachelor’s Degree from an an accredited college or or university in in Business Administration Parks and/or Recreation Management or or related field Master’s Degree is is required Minimum of eight (8) years of increasingly responsible work experience in in in in in in providing management services including five (5) years of of administrative or or supervisory responsibility Certified Certified Parks and Recreation Professional (CPRP) Certified Certified Park and and Recreation Executive Executive (CPRE) and/or Certified Association Executive Executive (CAE) credentials are ideal Compensation and Benefits
The The salary range is commensurate with qualifications education and and experience of the selected candidate The The Board is open to a a a a a a a hybrid work environment An annual salary increase will be considered in in conjunction with the Performance Evaluation Salary is supplemented by a a a a a a a a a benefits package that includes:
• Car Allowance – $400 per month
• Vacation (Annually)
» 1-5 years of service: 80 hours
» 6-10 years of service: 120 hours
» 11+ years of service: 160 hours
• Holidays (Annually)
– 10
recognized paid holidays + + the week of Christmas + + 2 personal days days days • Retirement – 401K (SEP) in the amount of of 10% of of annual salary • Insurance – Medical and/or other options for Employee Only * Determined annually by Board of Directors
• Sick Leave – 8 hours
