Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for the Director of Human Resources will be $107 884-172 620 and the starting salary will be dependent upon experience NCTD offers the following benefits:

is greater than the NCTD contribution employees will pay pay the additional premium via pre-tax payroll deduction Dental Insurance: NCTD offers dental coverage
