■ THE POSITION
The Deputy Director provides leadership to to the Behavioral Health team in in the provision of trauma-informed prevention and treatment services This position will plan oversee direct and provide guidance to multiple programs including outpatient mental health and SUD services Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) programs including two Wellness Centers Progress House a a a a 24-hour residential program and crisis response including oversight of a a a a 24-hour mental health on-call response system With guidance from the Behavioral Health Advisory Board this position will assess the need for and and feasibility of new and and creative service lines and make recommendations to to the Director of Health and and Human Services and and the County Board of Supervisors
