This position has responsibility for both administrative and clinical oversight of behavioral health programs and acts as the Mental Health Director for for Inyo County as as well as as the the head of service for for the the provision of Medi-Cal services This position may be assigned to act in the the the capacity of the the the LPS Conservator under the the the Lanterman-Petris- Short Act and and will serve as a a a a a a a thought leader and and advocate in the development of of community based programs and a a a a robust system of of care BEHAVIORAL HEALTH MISSION
