• Lead HR InForAll Team through all phases of ERP project setup and implementation The project will institute best business practices for HR functions • Development of Valley Water’s ten-year strategic workforce plan • Collaborate with the Racial Equity Diversity and and Inclusion unit to increase HR recruitment and and internship program outreach efforts to ensure diversification of workforce • Manage the Leadership Programs (Supervisory Leads Academy etc ) • Expanding position career career ladders to to enable staff to to advance throughout their career career with progressive options for advancement • Enhancing entry level positions and pipeline development of of early professional staff • Advancing the the success of the the agency to be competitive in in in recruitments by ensuring Valley Water provides competitive benefits and is the the employer of choice in the the region
