Job duties may include:
• Develop Develop and and direct the the the implementation of the the the City’s Strategic Plan as it it it relates to the the the Community Development Department’s goals objectives policies procedures and and programs • Develop and and direct the the preparation of of amendments to and and implementation of of the the City General Plan • Direct oversee and and and participate in the the development of the the Community Development work work work plan assign work work work work activities projects and and and and programs monitor work work work work flow review and and and and evaluate work work products methods and and procedures • Develop and and implement divisional goals objectives work plans reports policies and and procedures • With support from Division and Section managers assist assist in in in the the preparation of the the Community Development budget budget assist assist in in in in ffin budget budget implementation participate participate in in in in ffin revenue forecasts participate participate in in in ffin in forecast forecast of additional funds needed for for for staffing equipment materials and supplies administer the approved department budget
