You will love working here because we match our our professionalism with our our passion It’s more than dollars and and cents it’s about people and and helping then feel connected and thriving in in a a a a a community they love too We cover such a a a a a wide breadth of programs and services that we touch almost every segment of the community For FY2022 PARCS will have a a a a a a a a staff of of 72 permanent positions and and a a a a a a a a budget of of $25 520 300 for operating and and $23 520 00 for capital projects We are well-funded and and have the support of o our our elected officials and and our our residents to pursue new enhancements for our community When so many budgets across the state are getting cut don’t you want to work for a a a a a a community that values an an investment in in recreation?

» After School Recreation and Community Services support a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a wide array of of of recreation activities for residents of of all ages to experience a a a a a a a a variety of of programs such as Senior Programming Aquatics Neighborhood Center Recreation Activities After School Programs Day Camps Camps Overnight Camps Camps Youth and Adult Sports Leagues » Parks Maintenance which maintains over 80 parks and and 17 community centers representing about 1 1 200 acres of open space
» Office of of of Neighborhood Safety and and and Community Engagement (ONSCE) which is responsible for for overseeing State and and Federal grants that provide intervention and and rehabilitation for victims of violent crime » Administration
The After School Recreation and Community Service Division in collaboration with the ONSCE division provides a a a a a variety of programming platforms responsive to all needs in in the Community CONTINUED ON
