provides With a a a a a a a a collaborative mindset the the ideal candidate will work with the the Prison Industry Board and and committees to to adapt the the the business of of CALPIA to to align with the the the demands of of the the the market but also to consider the skills abilities certifications and education that formerly incarcerated individuals will need to be successful upon release Providing a a a a a robust program with various options for all levels of incarcerated individuals is critical and and the ideal candidate will have to keep steady eye on the ever-changing businesses world The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with elected officials board members members legislative members members and and staff correctional and and business management teams as well as the media Experience in in in the areas of manufacturing criminal justice and workforce development are are preferred but not required
