Teed Off

Lee, Rosalie, and Marie joined me at three on the first golf tee.

We were feeling fancy free and full of glee. But things soon changed

when a bumblebee came out of a tree. My friends were quick to flee,

but it caught slow me with a stinger on the knee.

Gee, I was angry ! So much so that the management would agree to

forego the green fee and let me play free.

Story 104

Bugged by a Flea

Near the sea

I sat on a grassy lea

As happy as could be,

Until a pesky flea,

Started to bother me.

Despite my earnest plea,

He ate my last green pea,

And drank all my Lipton Tea!
