The Hare and the Mare
"I don't easily scare" said the hare, "except perhaps in a snare."
The mare replied, "Hare, I wouldn't ever purposefully scare ! It's just
that my sight is impaired, giving the false impression that I stare."
"Oh, of this I wasn't aware,” commented the hare. "Do let our
friendship repair.
"Sure thing," said the mare. "And for showing me you care, I offer you
a ride on my back bare, for which there won't be any fare."
