A Bird Unique
On a hilly peak
Along the Chesapeake,
Lives a bird unique.
Like a parrot, he can speak,
But his call is a shriek,
That breaks into a squeak.
He possesses a huge beak,
Plumage white with an orange streak.
And he has a bulbous physique.
What is more, he’s so weak,
That flying makes his bones creak.
