"Oh, Officer, why do you badger this helpless cadger ?"

Story 6

A Hearty Horse Laugh

The zebra gave the zoo staff some bitter gaff. "Why

do the giraffe and the baby buffalo calf get oats when

all I get is the chaff ? This is an outrageous gaffe !"

The em•bar•rassed staff replied looking at their graph, "Apologies to you,

it was a snafu ! From now on you'll get oats, and a portion of an extra half."

"But that's not enough, staff !" said the zebra, letting out a hearty horse laugh.

"I want white or red vino, and every day a half carafe !”
