Debutante Tyler Ateya Stevenson

Miss Tyler Ateya Stevenson, daughter of Aaron and Ayana Stevenson is being presented by her father.
Tyler is a junior at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory in San Francisco where she is a member of the golf
team, the California Scholarship Federation, the National Society of Black Engineers, the French Club and
Drama Club. She is also a member of the International Thespian Society as she has been acting since the
age of seven. Tyler was selected to attend the African American Leaders of Tomorrow Program. And she is
a member of the Junior States of America where she attends summer honors courses at Stanford University.
Tyler volunteers at St. Martin de Porres serving food to the homeless and tutoring elementary and middle
school students during the school year. Tyler is the teen president of the San Francisco Chapter of Jack
& Jill of America, Inc. Upon graduation, she plans to attend either Spelman College, Howard University,
Hampton University or Stanford University in preparation for medical school to become an Oncologist.
