Oakland Bay Area Links, Inc.
Philanthropic Awards
Each year, the Oakland Bay Area Chapter of The Links, Inc., returns to the Greater Bay Area,
funds raised through our Cotillion. For over 60 years, more than $1,000,000 in philanthropic
grants have been awarded to organizations that are making a positive difference in the lives of
African Americans. Oakland Bay Area is a chapter of the national organization, The Links,
Incorporated and The Links Foundation, a non-profit 501 (c) 3 charitable organization.
Oakland Bay Area Links grants are awarded to organizations that are focused on the following:
