Head Office Reporting ….

1. The first franchise meeting will be held on Sunday, 29th. January, 2017 at the Pearl Banquet Hall
in Mississauga. Agenda Details on Page 6. The first Master Franchise meet will all be held on the
same day at 11 am and the competition overview and training will be held for the new fran-
chisees in the afternoon before the Franchise Meeting.
2. UCMAS USA Inc. had a phenomenal response at the IFE South exhibition in Dallas on 12/13/14
January. Anand Karia and Nitin Sawant managed the show for UCMAS. Anand Karia was also inter-
viewed on the TV Channel (Web-based) titled “How to buy a Franchise” show by Dr. John Hayes,
a renowned authority on Franchising.

3. The new Royalty Report for 2017 will be sent out by the 28th of January. The December report
that will be submitted this month will be modified to delete all “Drop Out”, “Transfer Out” and
“Graduated” students. We have also added reports and comparison metrics which will assist you
to understand your business flow from a student & financial perspective.
4. UCMAS USA Inc. has signed up for an office space in Edison New Jersey. The office is situated in a
business centre. Please find below photographs.

5.Since our major marketing thrust is on the Digital Platform for 2017 marketing, we will have a
Social Media presentation explaining the concepts and buzz-words that are used in in the world
of Social Media marketing, at the Franchise meeting on 29th. January, 2017. If you have any
questions you would like answered at this meeting, please email them to nitin@ucmas.ca before
the meeting.
