TGB MOBILE BANKING
Check account balances, pay bills on the go, and transfer money all from your cell
phone, PDA or other mobile device with Mobile Banking. It’s convenient, easy and
free for all Texas Gulf Bank online banking customers.
TGB Mobile is compatible with any web-enabled mobile phone that supports
WAP browsers, regardless of make, model, or mobile service carrier. It can be
accessed through a downloaded app on your *iPhone or *Android™ or by logging
®
into www.tgbmobile.com from your phone’s internet browser.
Your accounts are protected by 128-bit encryption, which is just as secure as when
you bank online. Texas Gulf Bank provides security encryption standards for our
mobile banking customers, including multifactor authentication. Connections are
canceled after 10 minutes of inactivity.
Depending on your mobile service provider, you may be charged web access rates
or standard text messaging rates. Check with your wireless service provider for
details on your specific plan.
GETTING STARTED
To enroll for TGB Mobile, you must be a current Online Banking customer. There are
2 ways you can sign up for TGB Mobile:
From your computer: From
TGB’s Online Banking site,
select Options >
Mobile Settings >
Web Mobile Settings
From here, enable web access, select to receive/ not receive text alerts, enter your
mobile number, select mobile provider and choose which accounts to access.
Click Submit.
Review your enrollment information and the Mobile Banking Agreement. Check
“I accept these full terms and conditions” and click Confirm. A confirmation screen
displays and you should receive a confirmation text message.
From your mobile phone: If you have a smart phone, download the TGB Mobile
app. From other mobile devices, enter www.tgbmobile.com in the web browser.
Enter your TGB Online ID and password.
Review your enrollment information and the Mobile Banking Agreement.
Accept the terms and conditions by checking the box next to “I Agree.” Click Next
or Continue. Select to receive/ not receive text alerts, enter your mobile number,
and select mobile provider. Tap Enroll Now to complete self enrollment.
