We believe that a collaborative internal culture produces the best service to our clients and candidates. With this in mind, we have developed an extra opportunity to earn commission through our Assist Commission Scheme.
Often you make contact with clients and candidates that are outside of your market but are suitable for other areas of our business.
If you pass over a job or candidate to one of your colleagues and they make a successful placement, then the commission payable is split between you and your colleague. This incentivises everyone to ‘assist’ each other resulting in outstanding business success rates and adding significant sums to your pay!
