The 200 Club is a reward scheme we have developed which pays out just for doing some key basics of your job. This scheme increases your income if you reach a set number of inputs and sales targets outcomes every 2 weeks.
The target is reset every 2 weeks so you have multiple opportunities across the year to potentially an extra to your annual earnings. This bonus scheme is on top of your salary and commission.
