Case Study 1
Our client is a large global Bank. They have 300+ contract vacancies per year in all disciplines of IT. All roles are based in Amsterdam and they generally work with any suppliers who send CVs to their job portal. There was little communication which made this a difficult process, we were therefore unable to focus time and resources on their recruitment as we knew without
mutual understanding we would have little chance of success.
Our client had significant difficulties with finding the right people and therefore, they agreed to meet with us to see if we could improve the process.
To help overcome any challenges, our main aim was to meet with as many hiring managers as possible in order to build relations with them and gather more information about the roles. We wanted to understand the teams more fully in order to better deliver the right candidates to our client rather than just the most visible candidates.
Slowly but surely, we started delivering more appropriate candidates and built up a positive reputation to the point where we became one of only six preferred suppliers to their top tier of recruitment partners.
We delivered over 300 CVs, culminating in 138 interviews which turned into 47 candidates placed into the organisation.
