   Solution
We provided our client with candidates who met their specific requirements on skills set, personality, experience and location as well as relationships with JLR. As none of these candidates were actively looking for new job opportunities at the time, they all had to be proactively identified and approached about the roles with our client.
Given the circumstances with our client opening
a new office and being new to the UK, we had to reassure and support all our candidates closely throughout the process. This involved addressing as well as resolving any reservations and questions that the candidates had. We had to ensure that the candidates were well informed about the role, the selection process, as well as our client.
We provided our client with detailed interview feedback after each interview, as well as final interview reports including our recommendations.
Results
The Programme Manager position: We provided 10 carefully selected shortlisted candidates with CVs which in turn resulted in five reaching the 1st Interview stage. Two candidates were selected for final interviews with one being hired. This process was 12 weeks end to end.
For the two Project Engineers positions, we provided a total of 15 shortlisted candidates with CVs presented. This resulted in three candidates being selected for the 1st interview stage. All three got through to the final interview stage and two were hired. This process was 3.5 months in total.
Our client was so impressed with our performance that they added us to their Preferred Supplier List.
