Objectives
Dutch mortgage provider was looking for Uniface Developers.
Our client had six 1st tier preferred suppliers and eight 2nd tier preferred suppliers. These combined suppliers all failed to deliver the correct profiles for the ‘uniface developer’ role. It was a very difficult profile to find. There are only around 20 Dutch Uniface developers based in The Netherlands.
After talking through our services and our processes as well as our focus on ‘difficult to find’ candidates with the HR manager, he made us a 2nd tier preferred supplier immediately after the meeting. The HR manager thought that our processes were very interesting and he wanted to see what we could do for him. The test case was to find Uniface Developers for him.
We approached his contact and placed both candidates with our client the following week after just 1 interview.
Challenges

Results
We found 2 very specialist Uniface Developers within a week.

Strategy
We liaised directly with the line manager and took a job spec to ensure a full understanding of the business and the role. Once this
had been established, we utilised networks
in our database alongside social media activity and we eventually found a British candidate that lived in Brussels but had worked in The Netherlands previously. He was available immediately and also knew of a former colleague who was also available.
