Client objectives:
Newly promoted CEO called to ask us
to urgently find and fill a Chief Operating Officer position. The candidate needed to have extensive international wind project development experience as well as being fluent in German. Subsequently, our client requested us to expand the project search to include looking for an additional CEO for their USA branch which was a cornerstone of their global strategic plan for increased revenue and business growth.
Strategy
We undertook our usual highly collaborative approach to establish a strategy for the recruitment of these key positions. This approach including extensive communication throughout the process including regular update calls and Progress Reports. In addition to our standard Needs Analysis and Vacancy Confirmation (NA&VC) processes and documentation, we shared and exchanged market information regarding our respective candidate networks. From this, we were able to quickly identify and agree a list of primary target candidates already known as high performers in this market sector.
