I’ve been at Mace for 4 years

lot of experience with recruitment consultancies in the past, both myself as a candidate and also when I have been recruiting for roles.
The experiences I’ve had has been hit and miss, some were good and some weren’t good. For me, its all about trust and respecting that trust.
I did have some initial reservations about using Amoria Bond initially as we have our own recruitment agency. For the project that this was for, we also had other organisations involved in the project who were recruiting for the same role, so my concern was that the candidates we were putting forward to interview by the client would have already been put forward by other organisations and therefore we would just look as though
we were throwing candidates into the frame.
Amoria Bond set up everything for me, working in conjunction with
our recruitment team to arrange interviews and really did a lot of the leg work. They were always available on the phone when I needed them and when I needed clarification
as to whether candidates were in process for the same role with other organisations on the same project, they went away and clarified this with the candidates and came
back to me promptly.
I found the service really great and have absolutely no complaints. I would definitely recommend using Amoria Bond for roles in the future.

Before working with Amoria Bond, I did not have any reservations. This was mainly because I had been in contact with my colleague from the People & Culture department whom had already been working with Amoria Bond on fulfilling other positions successfully. Therefore I was quite confident about their value. It also made it easy that we could hit the ground running immediately and were able to work on already agreed terms and conditions.
The main benefit of working with Amoria Bond on this search was the knowledge that they have of the Dutch market and the network and contacts they have in the wind industry. The candidates we are looking for are people we don’t have in our current network so it was essential for us to work with someone with a specific network, in the Benelux area in this case. Amoria Bond has a strong network and was always able to come up with the right type of candidates for the role.
I would definitely work with Amoria Bond again on upcoming assignments and I would recommend them as a good partner to work with.
