Case Studies 1.
We undertook an assignment with a client based in a remote location for specialist Biotechnology researchers. Typically, this was a profile our client had struggled to find and consequently took a great deal of time to recruit for.
We took a detailed specification and engaged a resource team to reach out to our candidate network with a multi-channel search approach, covering all relevant passive/active candidates that matched the criteria.
We were able to deliver candidate profiles in 48 hours. We met with our client to discuss CVs and we provided two additional candidates that had been successfully screened. This resulted in three interviews being booked. Following this work with our client, we were referred to two other departments within the business with similar recruitment needs. We took detailed job specifications from them and began work on these projects. As a result we placed two people in one month.
Since then through regular meetings, service reviews and communication on available candidates (via talent pipelining) we have been able to place eight people with this client over the last 24 months. This has historically been a highly challenging situation due to the office location of our client and the skills required for the roles.
