Client Objectives
This global healthcare company, based in Switzerland, unexpectedly lost one of their
key employees within their QA department and the timing could not have been worse, as they were
in the middle of a large merger. Therefore, they needed a temporary replacement as soon
as possible and were unable to find one
through their other suppliers. We were asked
to provide them with a freelancer while their internal recruitment team was going to look for a permanent replacement.
Strategy & Results
Within 16 hours of discussing the job specification we successfully supplied a shortlist of five suitable candidates, of which four interviewed face-to-face the following day. The successful candidate started a week later on an initial three month contract, but in the end stayed for nine months because of his performance. Our client appreciated the speed and quality of the solution that we provided.
Since this project, our client has requested our help throughout the BeNeLux area on three more roles and we have become one of their preferred suppliers.

Client Objectives
This specialist anti-viral pharmaceutical company was looking for a project manager within clinical studies. Their HR department had not had the best experience with recruiters previously and therefore they were in need of a recruitment partner who could understand the company values and the role profiles that our client was seeking to fill.
The recruitment process was costing both HR and line managers a significant amount of valuable time which they could not afford to waste. Therefore they were looking for a recruitment partner who could present them with a high quality service and suitable candidates.
Strategy
Initially, they had concerns as to whether we could present them with the promised levels of service, but we overcame these initial concerns by ensuring regular communication, assessing client needs and translating that information into a consistent and thorough search for the right candidate.
We worked to an agreed number of pre-scheduled interview times for potential candidates, which proved to be a very efficient and diligent approach as it allowed our client to conduct the interviews
in a timely manner. This saved our client time with booking in interviews and made sure they did not lose out on appropriate candidates.
Results
In the end, the requirement for the role was cancelled but our client has since asked us to work on a number of freelance and permanent roles.
